I have gained weight, and my running a million miles a day has stopped due to too many injuries and a lack of motivation. Running for me was so much more fun when I had my bestie to run with me and make it fun!
This time around I'd like to lose the weight I've gained since my last official Whole30, I'd like to kill my sugar/food addictions, and balance my hormones.
So here I am needing to get my nutrition back in check. Today was day 1, and I think my food was on spot, exercise was good, but my mood, patience and energy levels were blah! My body is sore from my weekend workout, so that didn't help me feel 100%. I'm excited for day 21 to get here- I think I'll start feeling the difference then! :)
Breakfast- 3 whole eggs, sautéed cherry tomatoes & spinach, and roasted carrots and onions.
Snack- 6 dates
Lunch- grilled tilapia with a salad of mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, 1/2 avocado and balsamic vinegar.
Snack- apple and handful of almonds.
Dinner- crock pot pork, curried with celery, carrots and onions, and 1/2 avocado.
Exercise- 1 hour Zumba class and an hour stretch class, both at my local YMCA.
